Terms of Service

Last updated July 8, 2026

Draft — this policy is being finalized and is pending legal review. It reflects how HPDRE intends to operate today.

Welcome to HPDRE — High Performance Driving & Racing Enthusiasts. HPDRE is a private, invite-only community and directory for track-day drivers and racers. By requesting an invite, redeeming one, or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use HPDRE.

1. Who can join

HPDRE is invite-only. You may join only by redeeming a valid invite from an existing member who is vouching for you, and you must be at least 18 years old. Each account is bound to exactly one voucher; that relationship is part of the trust web and is visible to the community as lineage. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for keeping your account credentials secure.

2. The vouch, and your conduct

Membership is built on trust, not algorithms. When you vouch someone in, you are staking your own standing on them. We expect members to be honest, to treat each other with respect, and to help when they can. You agree not to harass, defraud, impersonate, or endanger other members; not to post unlawful, infringing, or knowingly false content; and not to use HPDRE to spam, scrape, or resell access. Serious or repeated violations can result in your account being suspended and your vouch — and the accounts downstream of it — being flagged for re-vouch.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the profiles, photos, vehicle builds, notes, and other content you submit. You grant HPDRE a limited license to store, display, and moderate that content so the community can use it as intended. Photos and other media you upload are screened before they are published; content that is flagged is reviewed and may be withheld or removed. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you post.

4. Community listings and third parties

HPDRE surfaces member-contributed information about shops, tracks, events, and services. This is community opinion, not an endorsement or a guarantee by HPDRE. Do your own diligence before spending money, travelling, or trusting your car to anyone. Any transaction you make with another member or a third party is between you and them.

5. Driving is dangerous

High-performance driving and motorsport carry real risk of injury, death, and property damage. Nothing on HPDRE is instruction, coaching, or a safety assurance. You alone are responsible for your decisions on and off track, for your equipment, and for following the rules of any event or venue you attend.

6. Account closure

You can close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or put the community at risk. On closure we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and changes

HPDRE is provided “as is,” without warranties, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. We may update these Terms as the community grows; when we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, ask you to re-accept. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
